What Sporio is
Sporio TV is a free directory and technical passthrough that helps users find publicly available, third-party live streams. Sporio does NOT host, store, record, encode, re-transmit, or control any of the underlying content. Streams originate from and are controlled entirely by third parties. By using Sporio you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Acceptable use
Use Sporio lawfully and in compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. Do not use the service to infringe rights, disrupt operations, scrape abusively, circumvent security or rate limits, or for any unlawful purpose. You are solely responsible for your use of the service and for ensuring that accessing any given stream is lawful where you are.
Channel availability
Listings are provided by third parties and may change, move, or become unavailable at any time without notice. We monitor and update continuously but make no guarantee that any particular channel is live, lawful in your region, or fit for any purpose.
No warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY REGARDING THIRD-PARTY CONTENT REACHABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPORIO AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, OR ANY THIRD-PARTY STREAM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $100.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sporio and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
