Sporio TV is a directory and passthrough; we do not host, store, or control the underlying streams. Consistent with the DMCA and similar laws, we expeditiously remove or disable access to listings upon receipt of a valid notice. Send notices to our designated contact: dmca@sporio.tv.
How to file a notice
Include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) the specific Sporio channel or URL you want removed; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act for the rights holder; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.
Our response
Valid notices are typically actioned within 1–2 business days by removing or disabling the affected listing. Because we do not host the content, we may also refer you to the upstream host or source that actually serves the stream.
Counter-notice and repeat infringers
If your listing was removed in error you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@sporio.tv. We maintain a repeat-infringer policy and may permanently remove listings or restrict accounts associated with repeated valid complaints.
